We offer a patent pending technology to help increase the solids capture rate of the centrifuge dewatering process.

Available for licensing, our patent pending method can capture up to 99% of the solids in the dewatering of municipal secondary digested sludge to yield a centrate of 200mg/l.  The method is based on our discovery that the reason for low solids capture rate in the centrifuge process is gas entrapment in the sludge,  and by evacuating the gas from the sludge before centrifugation, a higher capture rate can be attained.

Also available are our seminars on the sludge dewatering process.  These seminars provide the necessary information and know-how for  centrifuge operators, engineers, designers, supervisors and polymer suppliers to make intelligent decisions on the process.
